Dear Parents and Carers,
The Prime Minister has now confirmed that it will not be possible to increase the number of pupils attending schools immediately after the February half term break. Instead, he has indicated that the safest time to increase pupil numbers and to open up our schools more widely is likely to be from Monday 8th March.
As a Trust, we are working with our schools to provide high quality remote learning for those who are at home and providing a safe environment for our critical worker and vulnerable children who are in school.
We all want our classrooms to be full again and we long to hear the sound of children playing in the playground. However, we are part of the national strategy against COVID-19 and so we will continue to support our staff and families through these difficult times.
