Welcome back to this brand-new school year. I hope you all had a restful and enjoyable summer break and you are excited and motivated about the start of term.
As we enter September, I have been reflecting on our Vine value of ‘empowering all to flourish’.
As educators, we do our job for a reason. Whether that reason is seeing the difference you can make in a child’s life, or sharing knowledge and skills with those around you, or being part of a learning community.
Ultimately, our reason ‘why’ is usually rooted in wanting our pupils, colleagues and communities to ‘flourish’. To achieve this it is important that as a community we come together, work together, and support each other.
As we begin this new school year, I welcome our pupils, staff, parents and carers back into this Vine family, a unique and special family to belong to.
